1. Service and acceptance
These terms are between you and the operator of Laneory (identified in the privacy policy) for downloading, purchasing, and using the Laneory app. By using Laneory, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
2. Data accuracy and swimming safety
Workout data comes from Apple Health, Apple Watch, other devices that write to Health, or fixed local formulas. Devices, system versions, how a device is worn, and missing source data may cause differences. Swim in a safe environment according to your condition. Stop immediately and seek professional help if you feel unwell.
3. Annual subscriptions, free trials, and lifetime purchase
Laneory Pro offers an automatically renewing annual subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. Actual prices, currencies, free-trial eligibility, and trial duration are shown on the App Store purchase confirmation screen. Free trials are generally available only to new subscribers who meet Apple’s eligibility requirements.
Annual subscriptions renew under the rules shown on the App Store confirmation screen. Manage or cancel them in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. The lifetime option does not renew automatically. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You can restore purchases on a new device using the same Apple Account.
4. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not bypass subscription, security, or access controls, use Laneory for unlawful activities, or copy or sell the app, brand, interface, or content without permission. You retain the relevant rights to the workout feelings, notes, and equipment content you enter.
5. Service changes and limits of responsibility
We may update features for security, compatibility, compliance, or product improvements. Changes to Apple Health, the App Store, system email, or third-party devices may temporarily affect features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for medical, competitive, or other high-risk decisions based on workout metrics.
6. Apple terms and contact
